The Winckworth Collection was started by Sari Winckworth who first studied interior design at the Inchbald School of Design in London. During many years working as an Interior Designer Sari found sourcing luxury bed linen very time consuming and frustrating.
Quality was not consistent and the ranges available very limited. So she decided to launch her own range of the best bed linen money can buy. Quality is the foundation of The Winckworth Collections ethos, along with classic and practical designs.
Our luxury bed linen is carefully made using craftsmanship that has been passed down through many generations. Our sheets are still cut by hand and are then sewn with tight, small,stitches, so fine you can barely see them. While this provides a beautiful finish it also creates extra strong hems that resist stress. Embroidery and needlework is expertly done by skilled artisans.
Attention to detail is in place at all stages of the manufacturing process. Our Italian artisans only produce a limited number of pieces per day, slowly, carefully making sure the quality of the bed linen is perfect at all times.
